Thank you for shopping at OrangeClub! All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Addison, Illinois. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Note: During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)

We offer flat-rate shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following tiers:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $70.00): $8.00 (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days).

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $70.00 and up): FREE (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days).

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to over 25 countries, including Australia, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, and more.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. We use reliable carriers like DHL Express and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OrangeClub is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Unfortunately, package theft (porch piracy) is common. OrangeClub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. * If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management, and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at [support@orangeclub.com] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OrangeClub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
