OrangeClub Return & Refund Policy

At OrangeClub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new clothes don't fit perfectly or aren't quite what you expected, we are here to help.
Please read our return policy carefully to ensure your items are eligible for a refund.
1. Return Window (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return. Returns requested outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it. All returned items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn and unwashed.

Free of stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks.

Original tags must be attached and intact.
Note: OrangeClub reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. Rejected items will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and business policies, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear, intimates, and swimwear.

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a flash sale with a discount of [40%] or more.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our Chicago-based support team at [returns@orangeclub.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the shipping address for our Chicago facility. Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (like USPS Priority or UPS). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Chicago facility, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [5-10 business days]. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the page of contact with photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
